Authorized to work in: United Kingdom

Supervision and control of laboratory and workshop, including conducting laboratory analysis and reporting of results, and preparation, calibration and maintenance of field equipment. Responsible for supervising laboratory personnel, conducting and overseeing quality assurance and quality control, and collecting, analysing, and interpreting lab results.

The Oil Plus Laboratory Manager will bring together their managerial skills and knowledge of safety and lab procedures to ensure that our laboratory operates smoothly. Managerial duties generally include scheduling staff, reordering supplies, accountability for equipment logistics for site visits and maintaining security standards.

The position will be based in Oil Plus's Newbury office, therefore eligibility to work in the UK is required. It is essential that you hold valid entitlement to work in the UK.

You'll be seen as a role model for good practice and valued for your expertise. From day to day, you'll work closely with your colleagues on a variety of challenging global oil & gas projects and guide your team in a variety of areas.
