ENGIE Impact is seeking an enthusiastic college student pursuing a degree in HR, Business Management, or similar in nature degree for a paid, full-time, college credit internship. The Human Resources Intern will primarily support the Human Resources Team, working directly with our HR Generalist and HR Business Partners. The HR intern will gain exposure and provide support to a variety of HR Functions, including Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefit Administration, Leaves & Accommodations, and more. Our HR Intern will also have the opportunity to take lead on 1-2 special projects in Compensation, Talent Acquisition and HR Policies.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, Finance or a related Business degree
  • Available for a full time, 10-12 week internship between June and September
  • Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail within a rapidly changing environment
  • Must be self-sufficient, motivated, willing to dive into the details
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative
  • Must be comfortable compiling information, preparing data and requesting information from stakeholders
  • Handles all matters with utmost attention to confidentiality and highest level of professionalism while working comfortably in high paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) preferred
  • SharePoint experience a plus but not required
