Job Title

HR Project Coordinator


Houston, TX

Job Summary:

This job role will work on the development of the HR programs, policies, procedures, and activities. You will be working on employee relations, training employees, and ensuring workers are informed of laws and federal regulations.


  • Work on HR Processes like evaluations, briefings, trainings, and development of staff
  • Work with hiring managers by implementing employment visas
  • Work with 3rd party legal counsel on tracking U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant petitions
  • Work with department managers when needed to interpret and execute domestic mobility policies and practices
  • Handle process that submits business visas and work visas to consulate and embassies
  • Support vessel crew staging and demobilization/mobilization
  • Ensure the arrival and moving of the project staff is smooth



  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Have full knowledge of computers, especially PPT and SAP
  • Have project management experience
  • Have knowledge of plan designs and strong analytical skills
