Roles and Responsibilities
  • Work with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability and test to ensure quality products are designed and built
  • Work cross functionally with technology, sourcing, quality, etc. to resolve issues with products and processes throughout the plant
  • Ensure team is properly engaged and responsive to the needs of the production cells.
  • Structure assigned organization and staff positions with personnel to accomplish business objectives
  • Drive "No excuses" leadership culture with HSE, quality, and integrity
  • Select, hire, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership and direction of assigned personnel
  • Provide ongoing supervision and counseling for employees, guiding them in current positions and assisting with career development and training
  • Foster employee engagement and ensure that business and operational goals are effectively communicated to employees
  • Manage expense and investment budgets to meet business operating plans
  • Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in HSE, customer service, quality, fulfillment, inventory management, and productivity
  • Build and maintain expectations of ownership, accountability, customer focus, and quality at the individual and team levels
  • Provide guidance and contribution to Variable Cost Out (VCO) programs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field
  • Minimum 2-year management / leadership experience in an engineering organization within a matrix structure organization
