Facilities and Services Lead - Contract
The Company has a current vacancy for a Facilities and Services Lead to work in our Europe Commercial/Gas Marketing Department in London. Reporting to the Compliance and Regulatory Manager, the candidate will coordinate the efficient day to day facilities management of the London Office and be responsible for the procurement processes associated with goods and services.

Primary Role Objectives:
• London Office Facilities
o Coordinates the efficient and effective running of the office including supplier management and meeting the needs of the London Office staff
o Coordinates the activities of the London Facilities Assistant
o Maintains the London Office Facilities Manual
o Negotiates and account manages the London Facilities contracts including selection of appropriate vendors and for the acquiring of goods and services
o Responsible for equipment and supplies and for the upkeep of the office, including repairs and renovations
o Coordinates new employee and contractor building inductions
o Organiser of London office events
o Account manager for gym membership with Virgin Active for London office staff
o Out of hours contact for office emergencies
• London Office Requisitioner
o Responsible for creating all London Office requisitions in SAP and reviewing of all service entries and epayables.
o Troubleshooter for SAP issues and in-house SAP advisor

Role Skills / Competencies:
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• Preferably an experienced SAP user
• Ideally experience in procurement or finance
• Advanced user of Microsoft Packages
• Good reporting, communication and workload management
• Proficient planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with tact and diplomacy.
• Good negotiation skills
• Ideally experienced in organising office operations and procedures
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
• Proactive thinker
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to manage contractors
• Ability to network internally and externally, building relationships quickly and maintaining them while promoting the Company image.
