Arbeidsoppgavene vil besta av a lage borev?ske, kompletteringsv?ske, eller avfallshandteringsprogram basert pa simuleringer og laboratoriearbeid som er designet for a maksimere bronnverdi for kunden. Videre skal planene implementeres ut i operasjonen som medforer daglig kundekontakt, samt oppfolging av eventuelle endringer.

The person we are seeking will focus on ensuring superior service delivery by understanding and meeting customer needs at all times.

The work tasks will consist of making drilling fluid, supplementary fluid, or waste management programs based on simulations and laboratory work designed to maximize well value for the customer. Further to implement this plan through the operations phase, with daily customer contact.
The position requires that you drive the Company's HSE procedures, and also ensure that all activity has been risk assessed and mitigation applied.

You will have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Petroleum Technology, Petroleum Geology, Environment and Chemistry alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Drilling Fluid engineer offshore and 5 years of project coordination within the segment.
We are looking for engineers with excellent communication skills and a high focus on working together towards our common goals. The candidate must be analytical and at the same time able to have an overview of a project. You must be able to handle changes and be adaptable to several work models.
At times, you must be able to work for short deadlines and master a complex and hectic everyday life. The candidate we seek must have the ability to work independently and manage their own working day.
