Responsibilities

  • Collate service instructions for Workshop equipment maintenance.
  • Extract workshop related bulletins & alerts for review to be included with the service instructions.
  • Consolidate loadout documentations and upload into Acorde & Drop Box.
  • Manage the workshop leave calendar, on-call and after hours phone divertion
  • Manage workshop equipment calibration requirement.
  • Collate and upload completed & signed competencies and alerts into the server.
  • Keep the rig trackers current on inspection requirement.
  • Update the workshop notice board monthly.
  • Manage workshop timesheets


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a highly safety sensitive environment and complying with both Company and Client safety standards
  • Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to help.
  • Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Must include knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, MS SharePoint programmes as a minimum.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
