Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose

Responsible for leading and delivering the agreed sales target by focusing on new business sales from both new and existing clients.

Functions
  • Drive sales effort in the area.
  • Customer facing role where high customer engagement is essential.
  • Promote Oceaneering and the growth strategy.
  • Provide input into proposals and bids including service and pricing win themes.
  • Ensure opportunities are constantly kept up to date in CRM.
  • Follow Miller Heiman sales process.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 10 years' general sales experience preferably in an Integrity Management environment within the Oil & Gas Industry.
    • Demonstrate initiative, drive and motivation to achieve targets and goals.
    • Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and composure.
    • Innovative and resourceful with the ability to think laterally to overcome problems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
