Duties & Responsibilities

Oceaneering is looking for enthusiastic students for a period of 4 to 12 months (28-32 hours) to support us with the multidisciplinary challenge of AGVs, software, electrical and mechanical engineering.

Functions

ESSENTIAL

  • Design and build a pickup & drop off station
  • Do research about (big) data analytics for AGV Systems
  • Create a basic design for an AGV PLC guide.


Additionally, being a relatively small business unit, you can expect to experience a range of roles and duties over the project lifecycle, from design to testing and commissioning. Hence, this internship will be the perfect steppingstone for your career!

Qualifications

REQUIRED

 

  • Currently enrolled in (or finished) a relevant HBO or WO education (e.g. Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or IT).
  • Affinity with mobile robotics, AGV's, AMR's, etc.
  • Preferably have knowledge about
    • Solidworks & PDM
    • Github, Java, Jira & Confluence
    • EPlan & EPDM
  • You are a fun, energetic, smiley, positive person with a hands-on attitude.
  • You are able to work independently with a proactive attitude.


DESIRED

  • You are creative and can solve problems with minimal input needed.
  • You can set priorities and are immune to stress.
