Our team is responsible for providing support on HR lifecycle and benefits administration for our employees in EU. We foster a culture focused on employee experience excellence and continuous process improvement by providing "Best in Class" support and advise on simple and complex questions/requests from employees, leaders and/or HR partners.

Partner with the best

As a HR People Operations Specialist, you will work within the People Operations Team located in Budapest and will be reporting to the HR Global Center Lead. You will partner not only with your multi-cultural team but with other functions such as Total Rewards, Onboarding, Payroll or HR Partners across EU.

As a HR People Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Administer across Europe the HR lifecycle processes and/or ensure the correct delivery of the employee's benefits meeting within the deadlines.
  • Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area(s).
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements and employee experience.
  • Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
  • Ad-hoc support on projects.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelor's degree and at least one year experience in a Shared Services Center.
  • Have proficiency in English plus another EU language (German, French, Italian, Dutch or Norwegian)
  • Have a client focus mindset.
  • Have passion in using new technologies in a professional environment, w
  • Have experience using systems and tools such as Microsoft office package, Workday, Ticketing systems, Signature administrator systems, etc...
  • Have previous experience working in HR, preferably in lifecycle, offboarding or benefits.
  • Be able to recognize and switch among tasks to prioritize upon business needs.
