Worley is currently looking to recruit a Training and Resource Coordinator to join our team in Grimsby.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support all activities within Worley to promote a safer environment and ensure that that all procedures are adhered to.
  • To plan and coordinate blue-collar labour resourcing.
  • To ensure all blue-collar labour is competent to carry out the required tasks.
  • To lead the apprenticeship program and be the key contact for all training providers.

 

Resource activity:

  • Coordinate blue-collar labour planning for all Worley Field Services sites.
  • Coordinate external recruitment of blue-collar labour as required
  • Liaise with Worley Recruitment and approved Agencies for additional resources when required.
  • Ensure all Resourcing and Recruitment follows the agreed procedures
  • Maintain a resourcing plan to show current and future plans
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation is received and inductions carried out for new employees
  • Develop and maintain KPI's to show performance and improvement areas

 

Training and Competence activity:

  • To act as the focal point for all aspects of training and competence.
  • Ensure compliance with the training matrix requirements, and that all competencies are kept up to date.
  • Ensure that all pre-mobilisation inductions and training is completed.
  • Coordinate apprentice placement and liaise with apprentice training providers as required.
  • Ensure all information is provided to the ECITB to claim the applicable grants etc.
  • Develop a training strategy for the company and individual training plans as required
  • Develop and maintain KPI's to show performance and improvement areas
