Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

Partner with the best

As an ARMO Assistant Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the R&M activities on a shift. You will instruct and provide guidance to operating staff in production scheduling. Moreover, you will recommend adjustments to product batches or R&M processes in order to maintain quality standards.

As an ARMO Assist Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Understanding of all processes, procedures and safety risks associated with the plant processing areas
  • Assessing and reporting results of production runs
  • Informing the R&M Supervisor of process problems or delays and recommends solutions
  • Monitoring repair statistics to ensure accuracy
  • Training members of the department as a role model in areas of safety, housekeeping and commitment

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent with proven experience in R&M
  • Have knowledge of products and understanding of QC analysis to recommend adjustments
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Have knowledge of SAP and required transactions performed in manufacturing database
  • Have the ability to operate all plant equipment
  • Be a team player and display good communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Lean background is preferred but not mandatory
  • If required, be available to work on shift, be on-call, travel in and outside Romania
