ENGIE are recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to be based at home or any ENGIE UK's offices where possible. This is a permanent role which involves working full-time hours. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

The Digital Learning Designer will support the Talent and Development team to create and deliver engaging e-learning content for the business. They will be involved in training needs analysis, stakeholder management, creating high quality and interactive e-learning content to a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with stakeholders regarding training and educational requirements for e-learning content development

Conducting full training needs analysis prior to developing any e-learning content

Storyboarding and scriptwriting in preparation for e-learning content development

Creating high quality, engaging and interactive e-learning content

Deploying learning content on e-learning delivery and learning management system (LMS) platforms

Updating e-learning content in an agile way depending on customer / stakeholder needs

Marketing the content development offering to future customers / stakeholders

Responding to queries relating to training content requirements and occasional queries relating to access to e-learning platforms or similar

Keeping up to date with new innovations in TEL (Technology-enhanced learning).

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential
Proven experience of working in a Learning and Development environment

Solid experience (ideally, 3 years minimum) of e-Learning content development (preferably for Systems)

Sound experience (ideally, 2 years minimum) of working with content authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia)

Excellent instructional designer with keen attention to detail and clarity of expression

Highly accurate training needs analysis skills

Ability to cut-through complex processes and create solid educational messages

Desirable
Educated to degree level or equivalent
