Job Code / Key Required AM406-ESG-Contract Manager, Sr Incumbents in this job are responsible for the good standing and administration of IAM Project Contracts and have a key role in the projects' success. Major responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring timely compliance with main obligations and deliverables derived from the Contracts under his/her supervision, and supervising and coordinating actions derived from the contracts that require the support of different category managers. Additionally, provides contract's management support to category managers that require assistance on contractual matters. Incumbents must have a solid knowledge of the local legal system applicable to the contracts under their supervision, including having a solid knowledge of the international legal systems that could impact local activities, such as FCPA and other relevant legislation. Incumbents actively participate in the negotiation and execution of contracts and amendments to existing agreements, from inception to signature, and must be able to formulate and draft general contracting procedures and guidelines as well as recommending and implementing sound and consisting contracting systems, procedures and practices. Leads and provides guidance to a team, and must have good communication skills in order to inform contract status to superiors and obtain required approvals.
