The company has a current vacancy for an experienced Administrator to work on a temporary basis in the HR department at our Wynyard offices in Teesside.


Reporting to the HRBP & Benefits Advisor and working in collaboration with our HR Team, the candidate will be responsible for undertaking a number of tasks that support the delivery of key HR projects.


The role will involve:


  • Assisting with the transfer of data relating to employment records into a new centralised system & maintaining our records system
  • Assisting with the transition to a new ERP system
  • HR administrative support as required
  • Supporting the delivery of the HR projects working with key stakeholders within the business
· Identifying opportunities for improvements with HR processes


Competency Requirements


  • Working knowledge of HR within ERP systems, SAP specifically would be advantageous
  • Experience of data migration projects within business systems
  • Experience with data entry ensuring attention to detail
· Experience of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and SharePoint
