Partner with the best

As an Reliability Engineer you will be part of the ALS Product Regional reliability team to support the Mexico operation. You will focus efforts on run life improvement actions for Baker Hughes products in a cross functional setting through failure analysis, risk management, process improvement, and life cycle asset management.

As an Engineer - Reliability, you will be responsible for:

· Working closely with regional engineers & managers on reducing failures related to equipment reliability and service delivery

· Enhancing level of service provided to customers, reduce cost of failure, and increase profitability.

· Communicating with Quality, Engineering, NPI, Marketing, Manufacturing/Assembly, and Operations to ensure documentation is current, accurate and consistent.

· Assisting regional engineers conducting Dismantle Inspection and Failure Analysis to analyze failures, determine root cause, and corrective actions.

· Leading customer response teams when high impact failures are encountered.

· Developing customer root cause analysis report on failure mode effects and criticality analysis, cause mapping, fault trees, and problem solving.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, electromechanics)

· Have extensive experience with Artificial lift equipment field Service or Application engineer

· Essential knowledge in all artificial lift methods and especially ESP systems.

· Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills

· Have knowledge in Microsoft office package to acquire information needed to develop written RCA reports

· Extremely self organized and time-task priority skill

· Desirable graphiccommunication skill
