The foremost duty of the Instrumentation Technician is to ensure that all equipment and safety devices are in compliance with all Federal, State and Local rules and regulations, as well as all Amplify Energy company policies and procedures.

Follow all safety regulations and company policies and procedures. Ensure all work is done following safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to read blueprints, one line diagrams, and product manuals and literature; to work on pneumatic instrumentation, PLC (programing logic), electronic devices, valves, pressure relief devices, safety devices, meters, measurement equipment, process equipment, running of piping and tubing.

Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual checks of equipment. Use computer programs to call up needed testing and maintenance and log results. Follow specific testing procedures for equipment.

Using company software, identify and perform required maintenance and repairs.

Update company drawings and procedures.

Source, price, and prepare purchase orders for goods and services. Complete and generate work orders. Verify orders have arrived and are complete.

Assist other crafts and operations personnel with tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to read, write and speak in English.

Computer literate with experience using MS Office and Outlook; email and internet.
