As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll find yourself in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment, working with the newest and most innovative technologies in the energy industry. As an entry level Engineer, we will provide you with all the development and guidance to become an expert, with the ability to solve deep technical issues

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Designing and validation of mechanical assemblies / fixturing and enclosures to meet agreed customer and product specifications
  • Developing and releasing of design documentation to ensure verification and quality
  • Participating in FMEA and Process Mapping activities to identify and minimize design risks and optimize design outcome
  • Contributing to longer-term design process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Hold a Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
  • Have good knowledge of 3D CAD tools (Solidworks or Pro/Engineer)
  • Have experience working in Mechanical design engineering environment.
  • Demonstrate solid engineering understanding, with practical hands on skills.
  • Have a solid Design foundation & an understanding of traditional manufacturing methods (DFM)
  • Have had exposure to working in multiple disciplined (electrical, mechanical) design teams
  • Have proven analytical & problem solving skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with experience in procedure development
