We are seeking a Media Production Specialist (MPS) to join the Media Production Division (MPD) of the Corporate Communication Support Department (CCSD).
MPD is responsible for developing high quality, creative audio-visual content that promotes Saudi Aramco and its affiliates to internal and external stakeholders around the world. This includes, but is not limited to the development of high-quality event films, internal communications videos, social media content, promotional films and documentaries.
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in a media-related field from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is not essential, but is preferred.
You will have at least 15 years of experience working in a high-end corporate, broadcast or agency media production environment, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership and consulting role, delivering projects across a range of industry sectors.
You must be able be to develop ideas, concepts and strategies for high-end corporate video projects and integrated media projects and campaigns.
You will have a comprehensive knowledge of current production and post-production processes.
You will have a track record in delivering engaging and effective content.
You must have a clear understanding of all communications and media channels.
You will also have the ability to work with a broad range of project stakeholders.
You will have the ability to manage projects - from concept to final delivery - under pressure and to tight, variable deadlines.
You will be able to inspire, lead and manage teams from diverse backgrounds.
You must be able to support, mentor and develop staff.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You must have excellent copy writing skills.
You will be able to demonstrate creative and critical thinking.
Experience of working in the energy sector is preferred.

Develop ideas, concepts and strategies for high-end corporate video projects.
Support and advise a wide range of project stakeholders - many at a senior level.
Demonstrate a strong visual flair, while providing excellent copy writing and project management skills.
Provide high-level support to management, while collaborating with teams to exceed expectations and deliver ahead of schedule.
