We are seeking experienced Business Process Advisors to join the Process Optimization & Change Management Division (PO&CM) within the Organization Consulting Department.
The Process Optimization & Change Management Division provides corporate process improvement, business transformation support, and organizational change management consulting services throughout the Company.
Lean and Six Sigma positions require experienced professionals with experience planning and leading Lean Six Sigma process improvement, workforce analytics, and change management projects. Change management positions require professionals with experience planning, leading, and supporting critical organizational change management projects to launch new, merged, or existing business organizations.
The outcome of our integrated consulting services is to assist Company organizations by providing solutions and analyses to enhance the productivity of operations. Projects will generally be "high level" in terms of impact.
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, business administration, supply chain, industrial management, project management, or other relevant degree. A master's degree, such as an MBA, is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
These positions are for experienced hires and require at least 10 years of demonstrated hands-on experience planning and leading process improvement and/or transformation projects as either an internal or external management consultant.
New hires are expected to draw on their knowledge and expertise to provide immediate value. Master Black Belt certification is mandatory to be considered for Lean Six Sigma positions. Additional process improvement certifications (e.g., Lean Master Certification, Toyota Production System Certification, etc.) will be considered. PROSCI Change Management Certification for change management candidates is preferred but not mandatory.
Managerial experience in a management consulting firm or internal corporate process improvement environment will be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Provide management consulting services in situations where a high level of professional competence and business and operations experience is a prerequisite.
Develop and deliver methodology training (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management).
Build sound professional relationships with all levels of management as required to satisfactorily complete assignments.
Function with considerable independence to complete projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or within a group.
Willing to travel throughout the Kingdom to various Company locations as required.
