This position will report to our Plant Manager at the Dania Beach Energy Center located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.Thisposition is a developmental role for future growth opportunities within our Power Generation Division Operations Team. Upondetermination and timingand under general direction, this individual shall be able to successfully supervise anddrive the operations teamto achieve all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site.

Employees in this role are responsible for the assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant equipment is operational and available to support plant production requirements. This includes technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions.

• Trains production personnel
• Ensures that all production activities are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
• Conducts activities in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and consistent with PGD policies, procedures, and practices
