Our Digital Marketing team is looking for a Digital Operations Manager to support the development and management of Bakerhughes.com (CMS), Bynder, and other core Brand Marketing platforms.

Partner with the best

As a Digital Operations Manager you will report to the Director of Digital Operations, this individual will be responsible for advancing the digital platforms maturity under Brand Marketing for external and internal users. This includes but is not limited to: requirement gathering, program management, vendor management, change management, training, and reporting.

As a Manager of Digital Operations, you will be responsible for:
  • Support program management and strategy for digital platform delivery of bakerhughes.com, Bynder, and other Brand Marketing platforms
  • Manage external vendors related to content migration, design, SEO, and analytics execution to ensure delivery, quality, and cost optimization
  • Partner with product companies to continuously iterate the digital platform strategy based on business needs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Brand, Commercial Excellence) to support campaigns
  • Facilitate implementation milestones with stakeholders and provide hands-on support to execute taxonomy building and mapping, user profile setup and structure, and overall governance and operational process for each digital platform
  • Establish analytics reporting and data gathering to support businesses and measure the health of the platforms
  • Drive SEO excellence across the site and monitor performance against goals
  • Conduct required data reconciliations & quality reviews to ensure the assigned digital platforms' compliance with data governance policies & procedures
  • Responsible to establish and maintain system design documentation or training for the digital platforms
  • Lead any new platform related integrations or implementations for the Brand Marketing team
  • Multi-faceted role with responsibilities that will evolve to align to current business objectives


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and delivering results
  • Experience in working in cross functional / matrix structure teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into tactical execution and deliver results
  • Strong business acumen with a minimum 2-5 years of related work experience including technology, SaaS applications, technology implementation, agile, project management and process improvement


Desired Characteristics:
  • Have a 'service-mindset' and work with multiple clients of the company platforms
  • Be a digital leader - native level understanding of systems and processes to execute complex digital programs
  • Data and analytics manager at heart. Excel power user, and ability to structure data to serve platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM tools and data visualization software (i.e. Google Analytics, Tableau, Drupal, 6Sense, Bynder)
  • PC proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Access)
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management
