Our team of experts identifies and resolves complex HR master data issues globally. We identify process and technology gaps while supporting operational excellence and employee experience.

Partner with the best

As a HRIS Analyst, you will work within the HR Technology team and report to the HR Core Data Leader. You will partner with the business, Digital Technology and HR CoEs to resolve complex data issues, act as a master data expert on projects and manage Workday business process analysis

As a HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for:

· Demonstrating high proficiency in HR data business processes, policies and standard operating procedures.

· Troubleshooting HR related transactions including organizational reassignments, compensation changes, job changes, etc.

· Fostering a culture of excellent employee experience by advising on complex questions/requests from employees.

· Participating in projects that ensure data consistency, quality and accuracy, while also developing regional requirements & policies/processes

· Tracking issues, risks, action items, and interdependencies. Prioritize, analyze, and resolve issues and proactively identify/manage project risks.

· Contributing increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s).

· Reviewing, validating, and executing global requests in multi-system environments.• Auditing data quality of all master and reference data across all locations and coordinate resulting data cleansing activities.

· Training and coaching users on the HCM system as well as standard operating processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

· Hold Bachelor of Science or Arts

· Have considerable amount (5+ years) of experience in a corporate HR support or client services role preferred (internship experience also counted)

· Possess good analytics, business, and HR data, with the ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and offer recommendations

· Have the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality

· Be results oriented, self-disciplined, self-motivated and the ability to work independently and remotely.

· Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills.

· Have flexibility to operate in a fast paced environment with stringent deadlines, with the ability to make timely decisions, prioritizes effectively, monitors results and takes remedial action where necessary.

· Possess fundamental HR and technical knowledge, skills and abilities including the practices and procedures related to all areas of employee transactions. Advanced Microsoft Suite skills required (Excel, PowerPoint) Workday and SAP experience preferred
