Lead System Engineer - Subsea Boosting

Take ownership for leading complex projects

Working as part of the Global Fabrication and Distribution Team you will be technically responsible for defining and delivering the Subsea Boosting System to FEED studies, New Product Introduction, NPI Programs, tenders and projects. You will be a hands on expert leading the development and qualification of the system.

As a Lead System Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of Subsea Boosting development program
  • Providing Engineering support to teams working on performance, cost reduction and quality initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape, develop and deliver engineering design solutions
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to junior engineers to complete assignments and projects and develop their skillset
  • Defining customer requirements for research and development of new products to deliver to market


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a MSc or BSc in Civil / Structural Engineering or other relevant technical area
  • Have experience within Structural analysis, Piping analysis or Design of offshore and/or Subsea structures.
  • Have experience with Deepwater Vertical & Horizontal Cluster and Template Manifold Systems
  • Be fluent in English and have great presentation and written skills
  • Have excellent report writing and presentation skills and an ability to articulate technical information clearly
  • Have contractual awareness, interface control and processes to shape excellence within the engineering function.
  • Have a great technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
  • Have experience with design and testing of rotating equipment
