This job role will oversee the hire, development and retention of people who has passion for the company's culture and shows the right skill set. The Market president will make ensure employment and food costs are under the established budget requirements to guarantee profit maximization. The selected candidate must be strategic, collaborative and a source of strong and clear communication towards his/her team and the Community Relations director.

Duties:

  • Oversee the hire, selection, training, and development of the team.
  • Acts as a role model for the team through his/her own decision, behaviors, and actions.
  • Guarantee the community complies with all certification and licensing entities and obtains standard accreditations.
  • Oversee the performance of preventative maintenance programs on buildings and areas of the community.
  • Keep track of community occupancy rate and waiting list.
  • Guarantees an excellent work environment, a high-quality team and resident experience and financial goals achievement.
  • Analyses and guarantees the fulfillment of the budget goals and the P&L
  • Supervises food inventory and work shifts making changes as requires achieving estimated goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in related fields
  • 2+ years' experience in administrative roles
  • Assisted community living experience is preferred.
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills
