We are recruiting an HVAC Supervisor, the role will cover various contracts around London, within the M25. This is a permanent, full time role working approx 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive industry salary plus call-out allowance and first class benefits package.

General Overview:

  • Support Helpdesk with allocating calls to the correct engineers for your sites - escalation as and when required
  • Ensure availability of resources for designated contracts
  • Make and document any PPM changes / variations - Change Control Process, CAFM
  • Review Engineering Job Sheets in timely manner for accuracy, legibility, procurement, (materials and quotations) problem solving,
  • Supervise material budget per contract
  • Review assets in timely manner ensuring Plannon accuracy
  • Be available for out of hours call-out support for designated contracts
  • Be able to cover sites during absence as directed by Contract Manager
  • Ensure all contracts under designated control are statutory compliant
  • Ensue all engineers PPE is up to date and safe
  • Ensure tool box talks are carried out to the ICMS procedures
  • Ensure all engineers are following risk assessments for all works


Qualifications, Skills or Required Experience:
  • Minimum air conditioning engineer qualifications to NVQ level 2
  • Must have C&G award in 2079-11 F-Gas Cat1 and ODS regulations
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • L8 Awareness
  • Recognised Health and Safety Qualification, such as NEBOSH / IOSH would be advantageous
