The Treasury team is the primary interface with investors in the firm's fixed income bonds and notes programs. We collaborate with the firm's bank network and other liquidity providers, managing bank lines of credit, control and movement of the firm's cash and cash positions. We support various Treasury processes including Banking, Payment platforms & settlement of inter-company transaction.

Partner with the best

As Lead Treasury Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the settlement in Quantum (recently implemented treasury system). You will be partnering across Treasury and the technology teams, external system, and service providers to deliver outcomes. With a solid understanding of Quantum (our treasury subledger) you will be an active user of Intellimatch (our confirmation system) and Trax (our payment system), managing the trade confirmation process with external counterparty banks in Intellimatch and in Quantum.

As Lead Treasury Analyst you will be responsible for:
  • Managing trade settlement process in Quantum for FX and commodity derivatives, term deposits and other investments.
  • Managing the settlement for bonds, commercial paper, and other borrowings, understanding internal and external netting and gross settlement concepts
  • Managing daily auto payment process from Quantum to Trax with designed controls and checks in place
  • Monitoring and changing the settlement bank account rules in the system as needed, understanding standard settlement instructions and associated bank account rules
  • Supporting automated cash reconciliation in Quantum for treasury accounts, in collaboration with the accounting back office team
  • Supporting derivatives regulatory reporting process
  • Working with external consultants on the upgrade of Quantum and Trax and will learn the current running model and the upgraded system changes
  • Partnering with Treasury Front Office, Treasury Accounting, Treasury Liquidity and Digital Technology teams on daily operations, providing support for testing and rollout of new software applications and upgrades.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Technology from an accredited university or college
  • Experience with cash management, Webcash or other payment systems
  • Strong analytical and organizational/project management skills with commitment for process improvement
  • Ability to work effectively across functions in a global matrix environment
  • MS Office skills required.
  • Full professional proficiency in English
