The Treasury team is the primary interface with investors in the firm's fixed income bonds and notes programs. We collaborate with the firm's bank network and other liquidity providers, managing bank lines of credit, control and movement of the firm's cash and cash positions. We support various Treasury processes including Banking, Payment platforms & settlement of inter-company transaction.

As Treasury Analyst you will develop and execute funding, liquidity, and exposure management strategies for the enterprise. You will analyze and manage the firm's liquidity positions and risks, aggregate exposures, analyze risks, develop strategies to address and manages related trade execution. All in close collaboration with various Finance teams, Technology teams, Banks, and service providers to deliver outcomes.

As Treasury Analyst you will be responsible for:
  • Establishing Standard Operating Procedures on various operational activities and prepare updates
  • Executing transactions in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Treasury policy in a timely manner including settlement of Inter-company transactions
  • Producing KPI's and metrics for processes, establish plan to improve performance indicators, create dashboards and reports for management reporting
  • Participating in cross functional projects related to simplification and automation with various finance stakeholders, banking partners to implement new processes
  • Working with banks and partner with internal resources to improve processes and implementing best practices
  • Supporting Treasury team on daily query, issue resolution, payment factory and relevant integration with other systems (ERPs, Treasury Management System, Cash collection tool, Inter-company settlement tool)
  • Performing regular activity and controls to guarantee Treasury Payment factory and Treasury Inter-company settlements effectiveness including review of controls

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Technology from an accredited university or college
  • Have ability in analysis and data driven communication across all levels of the organization
  • Have experience in managing projects and working in a global / matrix environment
  • Be willing to travel
  • Be experienced in MS Office
  • Have strong analytical and organizational/project management skills, committed for process improvement
  • Full professional proficiency in English
