Our Finance Team provides support and administration of the Global Corporate Card Program for Travel & Expense for the business through planning, analyzing and reporting. As Lead Corporate Credit Card Administrator, your key responsibilities will support the day to day operations of the Global Travel & Expenses Corporate Card Program for Baker Hughes. In this position you will collaborate with card providers and communicate with internal and external customers. Assist with administration of all Company Credit Card processes including Corporate T&E Card and Purchasing Card Programs. Interface with Credit Card Providers and Global Team Associates to deliver superior service in all credit card related services, support, and guidance.Manage day-to-day delivery of service on requests, issues resolution, disputes, reporting, while mitigating risks by ensuring compliance and adherence according to policy.

As a Lead Corporate Card Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Daily Company Credit Card administration which includes but not limited to the support of the Corporate T&E cards and Purchasing Cards programs
  • Review and maintain all weekly/quarterly reporting including Due Diligence (Company Code changes), Suspensions and Terminations Reporting
  • Maintain quarterly PA Audits details for SOX Compliance
  • Assist with monthly KPI reporting
  • Review HR Termination against active cardholders list, validate active cards and cancel those associates no longer with the Company
  • Research, review and resolve email inquiries sent to our Credit Card Team case management system. Weekly service catalog status reporting
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desktop Procedures (DTPs) for card operations
  • Portfolio Administrator Access Management with Banks/Tracker/Docs
  • Provide and discuss reporting, compliance records, supporting documents for internal audit to review compliance adherence and deficiency regarding card usage where required
  • Maintain Finance Reporting with Banks (HR changes/Concur data recon)- upload bulk data correction files with banks
  • Maintain Global Cash Advance Reporting, work directly with country payroll teams for balances collected and closure
  • Perform liaison activities and interaction between the credit card provider and cardholders/approvers regarding card issues, disputes, and fraudulent activity etc. Make critical decisions to deliver service as well as protect the company assets
  • Participate in the implementation of products or services related with Credit Card Services
  • Maintain portal updates with card program changes
  • Other duties as assigned by Global Cards Manager

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance with 3+ years of experience in Credit Card Operations, Finance or Financial Services Operations, Sourcing OR High School/GED with 5+ years of experience
  • Previous experience with credit card servicing, platforms, and card business back office (fraud, authorizations, charge back, expense and card payments etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP, other ERP systems
  • Understanding of internal control policies and procedures
  • Understanding of compliance and controls
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
  • Highly proficient with using computer and Microsoft Office (WORD, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK).
