Position Description:
Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Employee Benefit Analyst to join the Benefits Division of the Human Resources Policy & Planning Department (HRP&P).

This department's primary role is to maintain effective human resources programs backed by delivery systems, which efficiently support the high-quality employees needed to operate and manage a multinational enterprise. HRP&P consists of five organizational units: Benefits, Compensation, Labor Relations, Special Projects, and Personnel Policies.

This role involves conducting analysis to assure benefit plans support corporate strategies and values. Conducting program analysis, comprehensive benefits studies, surveys and research including pension and savings plans, medical, disability, life and AD&D. Developing policy proposals, making presentations to all levels of management, and coordinating the implementation of approved benefit programs.

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or some closely related discipline or combination of disciplines.

Applicants should have 10 years of experience in employee benefit analysis activities, of which 5-7 years were on assignments related to U.S. and international benefit programs. Applicants should have strong systems-orientation experience and thorough knowledge of benefits strategy, administration and compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following:

Conduct comprehensive benefit studies, surveys and research assignments; develop completed policy proposals; create proposal and presentations for all levels of management; and coordinate the implementation of approved benefit programs.

Evaluate effectiveness of global benefit policies and develop proposals for achieving a higher degree of effectiveness. Assist in the management and administration of the Company's various benefit programs.

Consult with other companies and other government or private agencies relative to developing data, exchanging information and developing comparative background information.

Coordinate with subject matter expert on benefits for both internal and external stakeholders.
