Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team based in New Plymouth, New Zealand.

The Operations Manager is responsible for smooth running of the daily business operations with management and coordination of course scheduling, teaching staff and equipment required to deliver the training. You will manage the strategic planning and foresight of business needs and requirements whilst being well connected to industry and having sound understanding of the portfolio.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in management are well regarded

  • Coaching, influencing, and conflict resolution ability
  • Can demonstrate initiative and drive improvements
  • Flexible and adaptable in working arrangements and hours
