Partner with the best

As a HR Business Partner, you will be involved in strategic planning and enabling Business KPI's of various departments. You will play vital role to deliver all tasks in an efficient and timely manner to achieve key business goals. You will works in close connection with OFS business leaders, advising HR solutions to achieve OFS and Baker Hughes business goals. OFS DRS Global leaders for Technology, Product Management, Assets Management and Materials Management will be the primary client groups.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
  • Improving business revenue, OI and other metrics through professional HR solutions
  • Coaching leaders on core Leadership Behaviors that need to be demonstrated during decision making
  • Controlling costs, engaging with the business to check compensation cost metric and base the compensation proposals on the budget situation
  • Developing and executing organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals and building the right human capabilities within your client group.
  • Promoting diversity, identifying best talent for new challenges and opportunities
  • Conducting regular reviews on org structures and provide feedback to senior OFS leadership on possible improvements to align with evolving business market


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have completed Bachelor studies from an accredited university or college with proven experience in Employee Human Resource Management
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of core HR processes, HR management practices and knowledge of developments and trends within HR management
  • Show cogent analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Be a problem solver and influencer who is able to consult with stakeholders to help them find lasting solutions to persistent and urgent issues
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage programs and projects
  • Have great interpersonal, communication skills, be self-motivated and results driven
  • Demonstrate leadership and business intelligence
  • Be able to demonstrate deep project management skills and process improvement skills
