This job role will oversee surpassing community's occupancy projections by taking opportunities and turning them into sales.

Duties:

  • Creating, developing, and maintaining sales growth opportunities
  • Oversee external and internal community marketing.
  • Perform effective cold call sales with the ability to follow up.
  • Meet community expectations, goals and schedule under a detail-oriented focus and service-driven attitude.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1+ year experience in sales
  • Must have experience in senior living (or hospice, something similar)
  • Demonstrate top sales abilities
  • A degree in sales or equivalent experience in related fields is preferred
  • Must be passionate about service and improving people's life
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be innovative and have problem solving skills
