Senior Compliance Counsel - Turbomachinery & Process Solutions

Our Legal Team takes responsibility for developing and safeguarding our company's global legal strategy. We provide day-to-day legal support on various Compliance topics. We partner with the business to provide advice and guidance to ensure the protection of our employees and global locations.

Partner with the best

As Senior Compliance Counsel, you will provide leadership to our operations to assure adherence to all aspects of internal company and external regulatory compliance. You will ensure mechanisms are in place to comply with laws and regulations, for corporate programs and practices. You will organize knowledge sharing to convey information about new approaches and best practices.

As a Senior Compliance Counsel, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of our Compliance Program to develop policies, procedures, risk assessment, training and awareness and monitoring
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and compliance experts to develop, plan, implement, train and coordinate bespoke initiatives
  • Monitoring compliance changes with laws and regulations to communicate updates and impacts to the business
  • Providing guidance to internal teams and partners to ensure compliance language is incorporated in to contracts
  • Leading the Product Company Compliance Review Board meetings to provide updates on ethics, investigations and audits
  • Providing direction and assistance to functional teams during government audits or investigations related to compliance issues


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Law degree with additional expertise in Compliance & Regulatory areas
  • Have experience of designing, implementing and communicating compliance initiatives and programs
  • Display excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions
  • Show solid written, verbal and presentation skills including an ability to present detailed information at senior level
