In this role you will:
- Support the development of supply chain strategy for GME conjunction
- Own key project implementation for GME
- Primary Point of Contact for GME for operational matters requiring global oversight
- Accountable for global coordination of GME supply chain matters
- Support and influence the GME product & service offers
- Drive efficiency, effectiveness, reduce costs, Quality & Compliance in the value chain
- Lead the implementation of the projects and also responsible to maintain monthly reporting
- Responsible to coordinate and maintain global reporting of operational meaningful metrics
- Represent GSC in S&OP meetings and assist countries to reduce and reallocate their slow moving and obsolete stock
- Lead the Demand Management process for GME
We have the following requirements:
- 8-10 years' relevant experience in the lubricants
- Strong background in handling the supply chain impacts of new product, customer and market introductions
- Commercial awareness, business partnering and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication knowledge with the ability to influence, and improve virtual team performance
