ENGIE are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to be based at our Durrington Office, Worthing, BN133NX. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of TFM service delivery, leading the engagement with Building User groups and employee forums to understand service performance and how it could be better tailored to the client for the future. In addition to this will also be the responsibility of the delivery of Additional Works that are identified.

You'll liaise with the Customer, on-site Teams, internal ENGIE departments/teams and Sub-Contractors to ensure the TFM contract at site level is delivered within the terms of the contract. You'll be the point of contact for all site related activity, making sure the service on all sites is delivered and compliant with company procedures.

Role Overview
  • Responsible for all PPM programmes to deliver full scope of services within SLA
  • Responsible for Additional Works WIP for the sites they are responsible for
  • Responsible for Additional Works to be completed on time and on budget
  • Responsible for all corrective and reactive works to be correctly recorded within the company's asset management system
  • Act as escalation for all emergencies
  • Ensure that quality is monitored via completing site audits/visits
  • Complete and provide accurate monthly reporting
  • Attend Client meetings as required
  • Monitoring and control costs associated with all tasks
  • Manage the recruitment, retention, motivation and development of the team
  • Ensure all training requirements of the team are met and recorded
  • Contributes to budget planning and reviews financial performance against budget

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
  • Proven experience as a manager in a professional Facilities Management environment
  • Sound understanding of the FM industry
  • Experience in using CAFM applications
  • Previous experience in Finance Processes including PO Management
  • Previous role in high end customer services
  • Hold a full UK Driving licence
  • Higher National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent experience
  • Scaffold Inspection
  • First Aid at Work
  • Gas Safety Awareness
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Safe Working at Height
  • Electrical - 17th edition electrical regulation
  • L8 Awareness
  • F-Gas Awareness
  • City and Guilds Trade qualification if applicable (desirable)
  • NEBOSH/IOSH (desirable)
