ENGIE are recruiting for a Business Continuity Advisor to be based at home. This is a 6 month fixed-term role which involves working full-time. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

The position is within the RB and SHEQ Team, specifically within Business Continuity, but also assisting within the wider SHEQ Team. The role will report to the Business Continuity Manager to support on the delivery of COVID reporting and lead on key COVID objectives as defined within our pandemic plan.

Main Responsibilities

Assist the Business Continuity Manager with the management of the COVID Absence Tracker, providing trending analysis and any other required reporting to the wider business

Management of the positive COVID Tracker and subsequent onward reporting, where applicable, to Public Health England

Timely review of declared "close contact" employees and contractors, ensuring adherable to government and Protecting our Workforce guidelines

Provide ongoing guidance and advice around COVID related issues to the wider business where support is required

Ongoing review of government guidance to ensure ENGIE guidelines are updated and reflect the government position

Providing daily COVID statistics to Human Resource Directors and Heads of SHEQ

Assisting with the maintenance of the Frequently Asked Questions for employees

Assisting with updating and maintenance of the Protecting our Workforce guidance.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

Ability to be flexible to work with rapidly changing guidance and at varying times where necessary

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities

Sound oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage and liaise extensively with various stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) including strong Excel skills with the ability to run reports, use Pivot Tables and create graphs and bar charts

Experience of working in a SHEQ environment is preferable.
