Essential Responsibilities:
  • Analyze analog and digital circuits to ensure they meet specifications and/or to find root cause of defects
  • Design necessary test fixtures, circuit boards, and tooling for new products and in supporting existing product fixtures
  • Develop tests for new products, document process changes, drive process and test fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, and improve cost of quality
  • Implement circuit card designs that interface to firmware, hardware and software
  • Support manufacturing operators, technicians, and supervisors across multiple work centers to troubleshoot manufacturing test and fixtures.
  • Interfacing with technology engineering teams on new product development ensuring they are integrated into the manufacturing production process meeting all critical manufacturability requirements
  • Perform Third Part Reviews analyzing test and board designs to determine defect root cause and corrective actions.
  • Work collaboratively with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
  • Drive strategy of manufacturing electrical design advancements, practices, techniques, new technology, and processes


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 1 year of Electrical Engineering experience, internships, class work / projects acceptable


Desired Characteristics:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital and analog circuity
  • Demonstrated knowledge in In Circuit Test (ICT) design, development, and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated knolwdeg
  • Experience with National Instruments LadView, TestStand, and PXI Equipment
  • Experience using hardware debugging tools: oscilloscopes, multi-meters, function generators
  • Experience in embedded systems and/or programming object-oriented code C/C++/C#
  • Knowledge using mechanical CAD Software
  • Knowledge or experience in boundary scan testing and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Bently Nevada product line
