Job Description:

File Processing:
  • Register ICC File Approval requests on Database(Occasionally uses Google translate to translate French emails/documents)
  • Allocates file to Admin Reviewer.
  • Once file passes Admin Review, allocate the File to a Technical Reviewer.
  • Once file has been approved, perform a quality check to ensure all documents are saved and then allocate a Certificate number.


File Monitoring:

Consolidates the ffg. documents from Africa countries on a monthly basis and uploads in Share Drive
  • Softgrading Analysis
  • Surveillance File Review /NC Tracker


Competency Management:

Perform ongoing Gap analysis on outstanding interview records

Invoice Preparation:

Consolidates Invoice details and obtains approval from Countries

Incident Reporting: Reports incidents on QESIS when required.
