ENGIE are recruiting for an Asset Manager to be based in Sizewell. This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of Engie works delivered at Sizewell B Power Station. This role interacts with all Engie departments and acts as the interface to EDF Work management. The works arranged on a weekly basis must be delivered as planned. This position requires interaction between numerous internal department leads and the client Work Management department.The work environment is highly regulated and controlled. The successful candidate would have to be vetted and obtain CTC clearance.
Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:
  • The Asset Manager will need to work with other Department Managers, Supervisors and
  • Subcontractors to ensure that all works across all crews are completed to a set high standard.
  • Ensure all documentation and reports are delivered on time.
  • Deliver the planned maintenance regime as directed by the client and the Engie General
  • Manager.
  • Responsible for ensuring the work is adequately scheduled and delivered on time and within
  • budget.
  • Respond positively to reactive requests when required, ensuring workloads are managed within
  • the planned maintenance regime.
  • Attend Work Management meetings for all key milestones.
  • Be willing to work overtime to support the demands of the business.
  • Assist other departments as and when the workload dictates.
  • Scope and prepare quotations for additional works
Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

  • Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in introducing new ideas and
  • approaches within a team.
  • Industrial safety and competency skill training
  • Good financial acumen with understanding of budget control
  • Experience of developing operational teams, focused on service delivery.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work under own initiative.
  • Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures.
  • Must understand planning and resource profiling.
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and other information management systems.
  • A Building Maintenance M&E back-ground is preferable
  • IOSH Manging Safely or equivalent
  • Maximo experience preferable
  • AMS Work Specifier and APSA Preferable
