As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting business creation activity with the application expertise to build business growth and achieve target
  • Designing the best solution to fulfil customer's needs based and delivering outcome to fully satisfy customer's expectation
  • Conducting sample scanning with coordinating the schedule of demo systems in Japan as well as overseas
  • Leading the operation of Customer Solution Center and accelerating technical engagement with customers
  • Conducting technical presentation, trainings and support for customers and proactively involve in seminar to enhance market presence
  • Acting as a key technical function, providing support to sales team and customers throughout the installation process

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline
  • Have the ability to learn and understand the fundamental principle of X-ray inspection.
  • Display good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English and Japanese
  • Have experience in developing technical solutions in non-destructive test and inspection field
  • Have experience in computed tomography (CT) systems for industrial and/or medical purpose
  • Have experience working as an engineer in electronics and/or automotive industry, or solution development for these industries
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex issues
