Role Summary/Purpose

The Fabrication Technician will be responsible for Computer controlled machining and fabrication, materials handling, parts deburring, cleaning and precision machining

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and be responsible for work center Dispatch List
  • Work with mechanical and measuring tools
  • Be responsible for stock inventories

Qualification / Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC operator or 3 years experience working with related machinery in or out of a manufacturing environment
  • Available to work 2nd shift


Eligibility Requirements:
  • Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
  • Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending, etc. manner
  • Be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required
  • Lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Handle heavy parts and moving parts
  • Stand for long periods of time, as required
