Our field engineer will be responsible for post-Sales support of customer issue. This can include operational tests (both returns and field), technical support, field service or other service request.

Partner with the best

As a field engineer you will contribute to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support -Resolves post sales Technical Issues
  • Providing as the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the "level" of skill set increases
  • Working together with people from the business unit. Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues
  • Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning
  • Handles targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in this role you will:

 

  • Have bachelor's degree, solid experience in Production Enhancement Services
  • Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Show ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Have advanced English
  • Demonstrate effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Experience on cementing Services is a plus
