Take ownership for delivering innovation

As a Sr. Engineer Repair and Development Aero Derivative Gas Turbines, you will be vital player in leading the daily repair engineering of service shops to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters.

As a Sr. Engineer Repair and Development Aero Derivative Gas Turbines, you will be responsible for:

• Developing aero-derivative gas turbine repair work scope, support work scope execution, inspect and disposition components.
• Supporting technical investigation and Root Cause Analysis on components
• Supporting Development of repair and inspection technologies, process qualification, and industrialization. Related program deliverables to repair facilities for new and updated processes.
• Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes.
• Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline.
• Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
• Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess a Diploma or bachelor's degree
• Have in-depth working experience in repair and development
• Have hands-on experience working on Aero Derivative Gas Turbines
• Previous experience developing and managing maintenance work scopes
