ENGIE are recruiting for a Facilities ManagementSupervisor to be based at Dungeness B Power Station, Romney Marsh, TN29 9PX. This is a permanent, full time role working to lead & motivate a team which consists of plumbers, carpenter, riggers & ground workers, delivering planned and small project works and supporting on site trades. Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Planning co-ordinating projects through all stages - to include budget planning
  • Deliver the work week plan for hard-services
  • Maintain a flexible approach to work and use your own initiative
  • Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are handled accurately and on time therefore ensuring we deliver a high standard of work to the client
  • Develop effective working relationships with appropriate parties
  • Be the first point of contact to address challenging and unforseen situations
  • Be a team player with good communication skills

Qualifications, Skills or Required Experience:
  • Qualifications e.g. apprenticeship, City in Guilds NVQ level 3 in carpentry/civil engineering
  • Experience of developing operational teams, focused on service delivery
  • Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and other information management systems
