Operations Specialist

Our team develops and maintain the key user community within our customer base and inside key Baker Hughes support functions.

Partner with the best

In this role you will be single point of contact for customer to help with any contract/compliance issues.

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for :

  • Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers
  • Handling standardized requests with pre-defined options.
  • Working with local/international staff in Turkmenistan to ensure timely response to client.
  • Ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring that all scope of work is performed and completed in timely matter
  • Ensuring integration and adequate communication between all operations
  • Interfacing with any compliance/HSSE/work of scope issues to meet customers requirements
  • Coordinating service/goods inwards and other departments as necessary


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a university degree in related field
  • Be able to provide a consultative approach to customers
  • Be fluent in Turkmen, English and Russian (oral and written)
  • Have proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing complex problems
  • Have a good interpersonal skills
