Our Finance Team provides support for the business for closing of the books world-wide. We are in contact with local and regional business. Our services include preparatory and closing activities in Cash and Banking, Closing & Reporting, Inter company areas, communication with clients.

As a Billing Specialist you will provide billing support for different functions. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure the quality and accuracy of financial data . You will be a key player in the continuous improvement of internal processes.
As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, reviewing, and entering customer orders for key accounts.
- Providing internal and external clients with billing support
- Providing monthly/quarterly financial data and reviews to internal finance teams and to support internal auditing
- Liaising with Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst for invoices back up collection and clarification
- Ensuring timely preparation of invoices, maintaining accurate records and controls.
- Communicating with customer regarding payments
- Supporting cash collection
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor' s degree in a related finance subject
- Demonstrate experience of working in a Billing/Accounting environment
- Be fluent in verbal and written Azerbaijani, English and Russian
- Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel
- Experience with SAP is a plus
