Overview

Quality Companies is looking for a Coatings Manager to work at our Youngsville, LA Office, with some traveling to field location both onshore and offshore as needed.

 

Requirements & Responsibilities

• 10 years industry experience preferred with five being in a supervisory role
• Experience with both onshore and offshore coating applications required
• NACE Credentials Strongly Preferred
• Determine workforce staffing and logistics to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines and instructs workers accordingly.
• Communicate with customer representatives/inspectors, and or site coordinators
• Ability to estimate paint projects
• Visit job sites to monitor crews and their progress
• Review applications, interview, and hire workers
