We're looking for an Electrical Engineering Supervisor in Boise, Idaho who is passionate about steering a collaborative team to success on advanced facilities projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you deliver on our client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You'll also provide on-site leadership during startup, coordinating work activities with other design and engineering professionals. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products for building Electrical systems and components. You'll also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise guiding and mentoring other professionals tohelp your team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.Your role keeps our company connected and we'll support you with what you need to be successful.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 12 years of practical application of Electrical engineering and design, including Design of building electrical systems and application of NFPA 70(NEC) and applicable local building specialty codes
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience with medium and low voltage power system design, large UPS/Generator system design and lighting system design, grounding system design and heat trace and vessel system design
  • Experience managing a team of design and engineering professionals, including monitoring work performance and driving professional development

Ideally, you'll also have:
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering experience in the Semiconductor and/or Mission Critical Industry
  • Proficient working knowledge of Revit software
  • Extensive experience in advanced industrial facilities including data center, semiconductor manufacturing, and related
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
  • Passion for buildings and construction
