Works on assignments to monitor activities relating to standards of conduct and ethical relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and employees. Assists with the overall implementation of action required to resolve work-related issues identified from various employee information gathering efforts. Provides analyses to management to make appropriate decisions in sensitive ethics and compliance matters with all rules, policies, procedures and codes of conduct that are applicable. Participates in effectively communicating the ethics, compliance, and employee concerns policies, procedures and practices to all employees and other agents, through publications, training and education programs. The position works under the general direction of the Ethics & Compliance Manager. Locations will vary based on the project needs, and may include Houston, TX or Reston, VA, along with various project sites.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists in monitoring of day-to-day compliance activities including incoming compliance and training questions from employees, answering inquiries of moderate complexity, and supporting investigations.
  • Conducts research related to ethics and compliance, rules, regulations, policies and practices to provide guidance and conduct investigations.
  • Monitors current ethics and compliance process, procedures and guides, developing new and updating existing content as needed.
  • Assists in ethics and compliance reviews and internal audits.
  • Organizes and analyzes data and information in the compliance database program.
  • Tracks status of compliance data and prepares follow-up reports.
  • Compiles and distributes compliance data to supervisors and managers.
  • Maintains files for department including historical training data and department files.
  • Prepares department metrics.
  • Assists with instructor-led training including development of training modules.
  • Assist managers in program deployment and initiatives.
  • Develops program materials, training outlines, notes, visual aids, and instructional modules.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university obtaining a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Candidates must have the right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated skill in written and oral communication and in preparing clear and comprehensive correspondence.
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and present data and information gathered to support investigative findings.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Knowledge of and experience with public speaking principles.
